My vision for Basomedi (meaning "personnel" in SePedi) would be to make sure we go back to basics. That entails compassion for our Consultants, Candidates and professionalism for our Clients. We believe in recruiting the 'old fashion-way'. We communicate with our Candidates and Clients verbally; we don't only make use of technology. We still interview our Candidates and visit our Clients. We spend days in our Clients' offices so that we are sure we understand our Clients' needs fully by experiencing their environment, spending time with our Clients and building long lasting relationships with them.
I love this industry and learn something interesting and new on a daily basis. A Client or Candidate meeting us for the first time should be taken by surprise when experiencing the uniqueness of Basomedi Recruitment.
We don't receive people in our reception, we host them. We don't interview Candidates, we get to know them. We don't visit Clients, we study their culture. We are uniquely different!
Our Consultants are just as important to us - they are passionate, have loads of energy, they are willing to help and have skills to understand people. I have built my team on the same principles and now I have a dynamic set of people to fulfill all your needs! My 12 years of experience in Recruitment has given me a positive outlook for South Africa and something I am proud to invest in!

I deal with Management and Financial positions, but IT positions are where my passion lies! My Clients and Candidates are important to me and this shows in my efficiency.

I specialise in Financial positions and thrive on seeing people placed in positions ranging from creditors / debtors clerks to auditors and financial managers. I have no doubt that I will find my Clients the perfect Candidate for the position!
