- Administering all the Statutory Benefits.
- Providing Temporary Staff with timesheets in order to process invoices accordingly.
- Assessing candidates on the Thomas International Assessment Centre:
- Word
- Excel
- Basic Copy Typing (wpm)
- Spelling
- Secretarial Skills
- Call Centre
- Data Capturing
We will place the suitable candidate and charge a % service fee on the monthly salary for the duration of the contract. This fee includes the following:
- Advertise the position
- Telephonic screening
- Face-to-face interviews
- Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae
- Short listing of candidates
- Logistical arrangements of first, second and final interviews
- Total package negotiations on behalf of client and candidate
- All communication with candidate whether verbal or written
