We offer a three month guarantee period.

TEMPORARY STAFF:

We offer a wide variety of services regarding your Temporary Staff Recruitment needs. We will place Temporary Staff on a % mark-up on the Hourly Rate. This fee includes the following:
  • Temporary Staff are Basomedi Employees and thus we pay their wages on a weekly basis.
  • Managing Industrial Relations procedures.
  • Administering all the Statutory Benefits.
  • Providing Temporary Staff with timesheets in order to process invoices accordingly.
  • Assessing candidates on the Thomas International Assessment Centre:

    • Word
    • Excel
    • Basic Copy Typing (wpm)
    • Spelling
    • Secretarial Skills
    • Call Centre
    • Data Capturing
CONTRACT POSITIONS:

We will place the suitable candidate and charge a % service fee on the monthly salary for the duration of the contract. This fee includes the following:
  • Advertise the position
  • Telephonic screening
  • Face-to-face interviews
  • Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae
  • Short listing of candidates
  • Logistical arrangements of first, second and final interviews
  • Total package negotiations on behalf of client and candidate
  • All communication with candidate whether verbal or written
Should there be no placement on a specific order, there will be no fee for the above.

OTHER SERVICES

We will tailor a service to assist you with your recruitment needs. Other services include projects, such as, but not limited to, screening of CV's, short listing of candidates, in-house testing and on-the-job training.
